Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns

We hope you love our products, but if you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Please contact our customer service at support@cozyhug.in to initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 10 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund

We offer refunds for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@cozyhug.in with details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order 6 hours from the time of booking. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at support@cozyhug.in. If the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return upon receiving the product.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
